I had to reach out to As Seen On TV about a warranty issue with my order. They did get back to me, and in the end it was taken care of, so I can’t really complain too much. But yeah, it took a few emails, and I had to explain the same thing more than once, which was a little frustrating. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of slow and not super clear along the way. Glad it got fixed, though.

Overall, it’s a useful little item and pretty much what I was expecting. I do think it’s worth the money, but the shipping took a bit longer than I would’ve liked.
